The Birth of Flam&Go
After years of sharing Alsatian flavours at Le Flam, we wanted to bring the same experience beyond our restaurant.
That's how Flam&Go was born in 2025: our own frozen tartes flambées, made in Taiwan and ready to enjoy at home.
Our Roots
Born and raised in Alsace, France, we grew up with the simple pleasure of sharing tarte flambée around the table.
In 2015, we brought that tradition to Taipei with the opening of Le Flam, an Alsatian restaurant in Taipei.
